The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, but the delivery experience was disappointing. The flowers didn’t arrive until around 4 p.m., right as the recipient was leaving, and no one communicated any delay. The florist is less than a mile away, so it felt like the order was forgotten. I’ve ordered from them before, even on Valentine’s Day, and the flowers always arrived first thing in the morning. Great product, but poor communication.

Thank you for the information. Im so happy the flowers were beautiful! in the future let us know what time they leave and I will do my best to get it there quicker.. Occasionally, depending on funerals, drivers and just how busy a day is we deliver well into the evenings.

I am so thankful I found Buddys Florist for floral delivery! I live out of state and every time I need flowers for my family they always deliver with the most beautiful bouquets! As a 4th generation Buddy's Florist customer, I am always more than pleased with the beautiful arrangements, funeral pieces, and other work done for our family over the years. When Buddy decided to retire I was concerned the new owners would not deliver that same dependable excellent service. I worried for nothing. Aaron and staff have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Living out of state it is important to our family that we trust what we send our loved ones is beautiful and well made.
